Martha started working for Ritmo Records in November of 2010 as a music director and quickly moved up to Vice President of the Pacific Division. Her talents were abundant and exceeded early expectations and the new position of Executive Vice President was created with her in mind as she is a steadfast force for good and is valued for her overall music business insights. Her intuition and "Get it done" attitude has elevated her once again in the ranks and as of May 2014 now holds the title of "President-International Operations".



She has an eternal flame when it comes to music and seeing the "Little Guy" get a chance onstage which is keeping with one of Ritmo Records' core values. She was named "Executive of the Year 2012" in our latest awards presentation.



The Host of The Muzicheadz Show Martha Samasoni continues her passion for Radio with the Muzicheadz Show. The show features some music and interviews from upcoming artists & celebrities in the entertainment industry around the world.

As an artist, promoter, interviewer, and voice over entity, Martha Samasoni has worked hard throughout the years, and now not only gains respect from New Zealand, but also internationally as one of its foremost talented individuals in the industry. She has done countless Radio, Television, Internet Interviews, Voice overs on songs, Intro and Promo tracks for many artists. She is presently involved in the promoting of undiscovered artists/producers as she teams up with music producer and CEO of Muzicheadz.com, Beat Masta Wes. Her commitment to continuing to fulfill her interest in music now expands with collaborating and sharing her own personal song writing works with people all over the world as Freshsounz. She is constantly sought out for the skills she brings to projects she undertakes, which has led her to venture into most areas of the music industry along with her work as a Music Consultant that has allowed her to manage and develop Artists worldwide. Her passion for music goes beyond her own music; she shares knowledge and any opportunities that come her way with her musical family and friends.
